Community associations are an ever changing industry. Every year there are more laws, rules and regulations that associations must comply with. At times, it is difficult to take care of the “important” things, like landscaping, roofs and pools, as we are dealing with or having to comply with some new regulation. In a lot of cases, associations are given little time to comply or retrofit some new system. We will try to keep Board Members and related professionals up to date when we hear of some new regulation that will be instituted in the future, not only in this section but also through our APM News Express and through the APM YouTube Channel.
