We are a 20-year-old full-service property management company specializing in community association management in Palm Beach County, Florida.  Currently, we provide management, maintenance, supervision, bookkeeping and administrative services for more than 130 community  associations.

Our website is an ever changing publication which not only promotes our company and its services, but also provides topical information, news and issues for Board Members, Unit Owners and other professionals related to the Community Association Industry.

At the APM website we try to give a brief overview of the company, our operating philosophy, our services, links to related sources, reprints of our APM News (our quarterly newsletter) and links to resources that are useful to Community Associations.
