APM was willing to take us on as a customer knowing that the association was going through crisis with our association’s insurance carrier, due to the hurricane damages and repairs. They knew that we were going to be extra work, with extra problems and they still took us on. We needed someone honest and dependable and that is what when we employed APM.
APM made the transition from our former property management very smooth and our community noticed the difference in service right away. If we had a problem APM addressed it quickly and efficiently. Sandalwood was and is a very difficult property to manage due to the different personalities throughout the community; however, this never bothered the team at APM, they just worked harder. APM appointed us a wonderful property manager, Agnes Wyatt-Syros. Every Friday Agnes walked the entire property and took notes of potential problems. Imagine a property management company actually doing this? I have lived in my development some 34 years and not once did I ever see a property manager walk our property, let alone take notes and actually follow-up on the notes!
APM’s knowledge of the property management field is at such a high standard as shown by their consistent loyalty, experience and knowledge. As most everyone knows, the directors of an association are volunteers without much knowledge of condominium association or HOA law, not to mention the operations of running a property, therefore the way to being a good and effective Board of Directors is to make sure the property management company that you hire is one with knowledge, experience and integrity. Sandalwood was so fortunate to have APM as their property manager. What APM said they would do or promised - they did it!
APM’s staff and the APM supervisors were always available and if we had any problems, they were corrected quickly. I do not recall a single time when they put something on “the back burner”. Another remarkable thing about APM is that I never heard an angry word come out of any of their employees. That is really saying a lot when you are in a homeowners meeting and tempers are showing or a homeowner calls the Management Company and starts giving them a hard time. No nasty tones, no yelling - that is professionalism at work! They represented us very well.

Referring to Muirhead, we previously had three (3) management companies prior to hiring your company in July of 2008. The first company was with us for many years but when the original owner sold the company it went downhill. The other two (2) companies were mediocre at their best.

APM prepares all of my client's financial statements, make all owner deposits, pay all invoices and prepare the checks for my associations. In addition, they prepare and mail our meeting notices and any other mail-outs that may be required.

I first with APM when I purchased a unit at Dos Lagos, Southlake II in Boynton Beach in 1989. APM was the management company, which oversaw this large new project, consisting of townhomes and condominiums in a newly emerging South County area.
I became an officer at Southlake II Condominium in 1990 and then was president of the association from 1991through 1997, until I sold my unit at Dos Lagos. Without question, my job as president would not have been possible without the back up and advice of APM and its employees.
